The room was spacious, clean and the staff will accomodate according to the requirement and availability , like i request for lower ground rooms since i bring my elderly parent, and there is no elevator, and the staff arrange accordingly. The hotel location was strategic.

The breakfast was great and the food was always topped up hence no waiting time. The place was clean, the staff in the breakfast area were courteous. The lobby staff were great and answered our questions clearly.

Het Hallmark Regency Hotel - Johor Bahru ligt op 15 minuten rijden van Legoland Maleisië en het familieattractiepark Puteri Harbour. I stayed for around 3 weeks at this hotel. Mostly for business and exploring both Johor and Singapore. Will stay again. I worked comfortably with my laptop every evening. Amazing hospitality, I loved daily breakfast so much, and I had great pricing as a loyal Booking customer. Huge room, everything is modern, clean and they clean it every day. Awesome views, location. Bus stop next to you. 10min drive from the Singapore checkpoint or just by bus/Grab (taxi). 10min walk to a KSL mall which is one of the main malls in the JB with a lot of things to do. This hotel doesn't have a laundry service. You can get it at KSL mall. You can buy a ManjaLink card at this mall for public transport. Walking distance to Youth Centre and a huge park with some gardens. It is like a mini version of the Botanical Gardens. Every Monday evening entire road to KSL mall becomes a market with a lot of cheap food to buy. If you will need cash to pay for the deposit and travel tax, ATM at Standard Chartered JB Branch across the road from the hotel and to the east. I extended my stay. Do so through Booking because the price is way better. Definitely visit R&F Mall, Opera House, promenade, and all that area near the bridge to SG.
