The 24 hours reception has saved my life. The room was warm and cozy. And I suppose the tap water was drinkable so I drank. Everything is clean and good compared to my last stay: TotalApartments - Stakkevollvegen which is a nightmare(if you see this, don’t go to that property I mentioned.)

Located in central Tromsø, this waterfront hotel overlooks the Tromsdalstinden Mountain. Free facilities include Wi-Fi, a top-floor relaxation area with sauna as well as a light evening buffet and afternoon waffles. The location was perfect, the hotel was renovated, we had breakfast, Fika and dinner included and the place feels warm and friendly. The views of the bay are incredible. We loved everything.

All rooms at Smarthotel Tromsø have Dux beds, a work desk and a private bathroom with shower. We were very well accommodated and were a very short walk away from shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and informative about the local transport available and gave us good advice on where to go.
