The location of this hotel is simply spectacular. The hosts Lorentz and Emma were super friendly and helpful. We were made to feel welcome and had a good breakfast at the hotel in the morning.

Flåm Marina's guest rooms have a seating area and a private bathroom with shower. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen providing all utensils needed for a relaxing, self-catering break. Location- quiet spot, directly on the water. Lovely clean, new apartment. Excellent breakfast for 160nok each.

The wonderful family who have owned this property for generations ~ first as a farm then gradually as a peaceful beautiful respite ~ an escape to the fresh air and quiet country life. We participated in ceremonies of their National Day ~ walking in a parade to church, singing at a school and senior's home. Our accommodation was so comfortable, meals delicious and presented beautifully.

It has Norway’s best breakfast with everything you may wish, and fantastic service. For extra luxury, enjoy a wonderful 4-course dinner prepared by some of our best chefs, followed by a drink and coffee in the garden. We stayed in one of the modern rooms, which has plenty of space and a nice porch on the lawn to enjoy the morning sun. This is a must see for everyone who just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. It’s not cheap, but it’s with it.

This refurbished 1800s manor house is in Flåm, 200 metres from the Aurlandsfjord. It provides a restaurant, a large garden and free WiFi access. All rooms have views towards the Aurlandsfjord or the surrounding mountains. Property location was immense, set in a magical snow valley, we went in December and the place was brilliant

Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi. First, definitively its location which is directly at the fjord, that giving us a wonderful view every day. Besides that, also very near to SPAR supermarket if we need to buy something. Then, the cabin is so cozy and fit for our family. Complete with kitchen and balcony. Also having reserved parking spot for our car. Easy check in and check out. Astrid, the lady at reception, was so communicative and helpful. When we need something, she followed it up immediately. For our breakfast, she bought groceries and delivered it to our cabin. In overall, we are so happy to stay there during our holiday in Aurland 😘

This hotel is 100 metres from Flåm Train Station and offers free WiFi and private parking. Rooms at Flåmsbrygga Hotel feature Norwegian pinewood panelling and tea/coffee facilities.

Each room has a private bathroom with a shower. Some rooms have a balcony offering views of the Aurland Fjord and the mountains. Stayed two nights got room on top floor. There is an elevator in this hotel unlike what the other reviews say.

Situated in western Norway’s Nærøyfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this waterfront hotel offers easy access to ferry boat fjord tours. Some rooms have skylights with views up to Kjelsfossen Waterfall. What an amazing place to stay!! The view was absolutely breathtaking! The rooms are all clean and spacious. Staff were very nice and the breakfast place was right at the fjord. Very nice and delicious! Little gift shop right at the breakfast place. Pizzeria, bakery and restaurant were pricey but very good!

All guest rooms at Visnes Hotel Stryn have traditional furnishings. Each room has a seating area and a private bathroom with shower. We've booked 2 rooms for 1 night in the hotel and it was really a good memory. Especially our family room with two small beds for our two daughters, they were so delighted to see theirs lovely beds with curtains. And the dinner was quite good, mum and dad loved it as well.

At the head of the famous Flåm Railway in Myrdal, this hotel is only accessible by train and sits high above Aurlandsfjord. It is not located very close to Myrdal station, it's located 1,5 km from Myrdal. It's not possible to walk to the hotel wintertime due to the snow conditions. We recommend to take the train one stop down from Myrdal to Vatnahalsen station. Important to check the timetable for the trains. It takes 30 minutes to walk summertime. It's NOT possble to drive by car to Vatnahalsen hotel. This is by far by biggest surprise of the year. We had such a amazing time at this hotel. It has to be a must stop during your trip to Flam. The girl at the front desk is amazing, her recommendations are the best. Also after 10 days of traveling in Norway I had the best food at this place. Hands down one of my best moments of my trip.
