Location was excellent. I could walk into the town. It was quiet and had excellent views. The service was very personal and as a solo traveller I felt well cared for. Very clean and tidy, great spot if you want to just get away from city life. Stones throw from beach. Other family were around the corner in walking distance beach front property was great for the kids and safe. I went walking with my brother into Russell, the hill back took the wind out of us but was great got our steps up! The owners were easy to deal with very nice people.

It is really a little secluded and though so close to the main street and thus to downtown Kerikeri. You have your own parking right in front of the cabin, which makes it so comfortable to pack and unpack without limitation. Great to have a kitchen and all necessities around. You couldn't really ask for more. Sarah, the host, is absolutely amazing as she tries to help in every way, whether it's for a trip to do or for dinner/lunch possibilities. The one she suggested was amazing and due to my short stay, I couldn't try all of them.

Set up above the town and away from traffic.noise, the apartment has a lovely view across the bay. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished, and well equipped. The host is friendly and helpful.

Surrounded by lovely gardens and situated on the waterfront, Hananui Lodge and Apartments features accommodation with free WiFi, a private balcony or patio and an LCD TV. The location was ideal right on the beach, we had 2 queen beds and with the pull out couch it worked very well for a family of 5. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Just what we were looking for.
