They were responsive when we reported loud noise after hours. The room and bathroom are large and the kitchenette is well supplied. The bed is huge and very comfortable. There is not much of a view but you are located close to Woolworths and several fast food restaurants if you desire.

The delicious food at the restaurant and the experience of dining in a space that felt almost like living as a local made this the most wonderful feel of our entire trip. I hope to return to this place the next time I visit New Zealand.
