Host was easy to contact. Entering and exiting the apartment complex was from a door controlled by reception (no key to enter...but you need a key to the room). View from balcony includes the ocean. Kitchen is fairly modernized.

The breakfast was basic but filling. The service was quick and the location was convenient. It was close to a stop on the Airport Express and within walking distance to places to eat, groceries and parks.

Perfect for before or after flight. 10 mins from Lima Airport, £12 in a taxi. Very nice staff and a good breakfast. Room was large and very clean. King size bed was very comfortable with quality linen. Remember this is a budget hotel not a five star. If you want five star then stay in Lima city 30 mins away and pay £250. For the price it was excellent and I would stay there again.
