The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and not overly decorated. The amenities went beyond a two star hotel (soap, shampoo and even blow dryer, things that one doesn’t necessarily find together in a three star hotel.)

Wonderful place, super friendly staff that makes sure you are being taken care of, and the view from our room was just breathtaking. They take outstanding care of the property, too, growing variety of flowers, and everything is spotless clean. Their Quinoa restaurant serves the best meals we ve tasted during our three week trip. Cabanaconde nabízí pohodlné pokoje v útulném rustikálním stylu s výhledem na hory. V ceně ubytování je zahrnutá americká snídaně a v hotelové restauraci se podávají jídla à la carte. Attention to all details by Edwin and his staff were the highlight of the place. Rooms were basic, but cozy and impeccably clean. Hot water and tea available all day long at the reception. Wifi good. Shower good. And the comforters on the bedding very warm. Hotel was a short block away from the central "Plaza de Armas" where there are a few stores and restaurants. And for us, most importantly, there was a car park which Edwin made available while we did our overnight hike to Sangalle. A+ service across the board.

Tradicion Colca se nachází v Yanque, 7 km od Chivay. Nabízí nový krytý bazén, zahradu a bar. Každé ráno se podává americká snídaně a v restauraci se k obědu a večeři podávají peruánské pokrmy. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was very satisfying. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site. The observatory was a great plus. We could easily walk to the town of Yanque.
