Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport is the only hotel directly connected to the Kraków-Balice Airport terminal. The twins-room was comfortable and clean. I felt like at home.

The hotel is right by the main square, absolutely amazing location. Clean, very good value for money, comfortable room, staff were nice. Perfect location if you wanna visit Cracow or take a tour to Auschwitz (really close to tour guide pick up points). Stores and restaurants within walking distance (literally down the street).

The hotel staff was very helpful and happy to assist with any issue immediately. The housekeeping services were excellent, and the hotel is close to the Old Town and the Kazimierz district.

Excellent Location - Service. Apartment was amazing. Staff was very helpfull and accomodating I definately definatetly visit again.

It was perfect room was so big and lux they served us nice cake the staff behavior amazing and helpful Location very good next to every thing car parking street also is so near and staff helped us to park it

Elegantní 4hvězdičkový Queen Boutique Hotel se nachází mezi historickým centrem Krakova a čtvrtí Kazimierz, 700 metrů od hradu Wawel. Nabízí stylové pokoje s TV s plochou obrazovkou a bezplatným... Fantastic hotel with a great location! We stayed four nights in deluxe double room with balcony (room number 202), with windows facing towards a beautiful park. The room was very quiet and clean, and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The hotel staff was polite, friendly and helpful, and we booked many tours through them (for example tours to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka salt mine). The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had! From the hotel it was a short walk (10 min) to the main square and also to Jewish quarters (7 min walk), which contains lots of great bars and restaurants. A small shop is located almost next to the hotel, and we went there often to buy water and snacks. We will definitely come back!
