The property is 100 metres from the Cloth Hall. We stayed at two different rooms because we liked Krakow so much so extended our stay. Upon arrival we've received a bottle of bubbly of some sort which was lovely, and the minibar was stocked with beverages (all included). There's also a coffee machine and tea and milk in the minibar. The first room was on the first floor and it was really nice. On our last night we switched to a different room on the first floor as well but with a view to the square. The view was worth it all because we like the crisp fresh air and the window opened to the cold breeze. The breakfast is included which is incredible and the buffet was great!

Very nice personal, good location (near train station to Krakow), good breakfast and they have restaurant and Spa too. Price/value 10 points. What could be better near Krakow?!

Adelina met us at the property and gave us a warm, friendly welcome. She even advised a great meal on our first night. We had a question about the cooktop and Adelina responded immediately with easy-to-follow instructions to set us up for coffee-making in the morning. The apartment itself and the common areas are even more beautiful than the photos. We would highly recommend a stay at Relaks.
