Featuring free access to sauna and free WiFi throughout the property, Villa 11 Folk & Design is a quiet accommodation decorated mountain-style, located in Zakopane. Free private monitored parking is available on site. Elizabeth, our host, was very professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. An excellent breakfast, a choice of hot and cold food, something to suit everyone. Our servers, two lovely ladies, were very attentive.It is about a twenty minute walk to the center.I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends.

Featuring a bathrobe, bathrooms also come with a bath or a shower, free toiletries and towels. Excellent spacious apartment with tasteful modern interior. The room was spotless and very comfortable! The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us with a welcome drink or vodka shots as in Polish tradition!! The breakfast was a full one with fresh fruits, cold cuts, juices and fresh omelets. The location was goo. About a 20 minute walk to Krakow center. Overall, an excellent choice!

Good breakfast selection. Fair 3+ or 4 stars hotel. Next to hotel there is an nice food supermarket, as well train station (city center - Wielicka salt mines train line) - modern train SKA1 will deliver you to Krakow center in 20 minutes, or to Krakow airport. From hotel to city center as ticket is 7 PZL per person (1,5€). Bolt/Uber from crntrr is around 8-9€. We selected this hotel due to location outside the city center since we planned couple of days in Zakopane, Energylandia and Auschwitz - Wielicka located on Krakow roundabout - some time saved not driving to city center every time.

Air conditioning. Big windowt hat can be opened. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices & included lattes made by a "real" Italian Expresso machine. Great food at the attached (independent restaurant) with attractive discount in the restaurant for guests of the hotel & discounted drinks for Happy Hour. Comfortable bed & pillows. Temperature of the room was great, heater could be adjusted & the windows opened (this is important in Europe in the winter when most hotel rooms are way too hot even with the hot water rads completely turned off. Shower had great water pressure & the towels were fluffy. Location is great - walkable distance to the Old Jewish quarter with restaurants & bars and ~10 minute walk to the market square (Cloth Hall & Xmas Markets)
