It was an incredibly relaxing place, and the club lounge never failed to impress. The room was upgraded, the female staff learning Japanese is supportive and all staff had wonderful smiles, making it an unforgettable honeymoon trip. Truly grateful. We can’t wait to come back!

Fairmont offers accommodation in Singapore’s Bras Basah arts hub, atop City Hall MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station.Directly connected to Raffles City Shopping Centre, it boasts 12 dining options... We stayed as a family with children and couldn’t fault the hotel. Our young daughter became ill and the staff were so helpful assisting in extending our stay, providing assistance with medical aretention and providing additional housekeeping during the night. Prior to that the facilities were excellent, the pool area is lovely and has great poolside bar. The buffet breakfast at Prego restaurant was delicious, plenty of variety and all fresh and good quality. The room was very comfortable, very well appointed and clean. We stayed on the 20th floor and the room had a very big balcony and view to the bay and of the Singapore flyer. Loved the smart lighting feature, automatic curtains which open when you enter the room and chilled filtered water dispenser. The hotel location is very convenient — easy walking distance to the Merlion Park and Esplanade, Haji Lane and Sultan Street, Clarke Quay and multiple shopping centres. The hotel also walks directly through into Raffles City with has many dining options and high end shops.

Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - South Bridge Wing - Mobile App Check-In are self-catering and furnished apartment with modern studio apartments with free WiFi. Amazing staff and team, Kim, Ed & Ryan. They’re always supporting me and quite prompt response. I had a great stay with them and comfortable SG life. Highly recommend you here and it’s gonna be a great trip in Singapore.

The room was beautiful and well appointed. I pad operated curtains, lights and t v. I had a parlour, bedroom and a bathroom.

The entire experience from Check-In to Check-Out was incredible to say the least. The Hotel itself is a magnificent piece of art and I don't think you will get any more central than this. But most of all, the staff were all so welcoming, warm and accommodating. Apart from the Hotel itself, the location and the staff all been so amazing, Robert really made us feel at home and made sure we were WELL taken care of, in more ways than one. He definitely ensured our trip to the METT was more than just a holiday, but more so a memorable experience that we will always remember.
