An outdoor pool with a hot tub is featured at Franciscan Inn Santa Barbara. Modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free WiFi are provided in all rooms. The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the location as it was just down the street from the beach and boardwalk. The hotel was extra clean, and the rooms were very nice. We especially enjoyed using the hot tub at night. Another bonus is that fresh baked cookies are available in the lobby each day. A perfect place to stay!

Situato a North Hollywood, in California, vicino allo Universal City con più di 50 negozi e ristoranti, questo hotel offre comfort moderni come la connessione wireless gratuita e un ristorante. We are a family of 4, came to stay at Garland to be close to the Universal Studios. Garland has a personable feel to it that started with the check in. Staff members are very welcoming. It is not a big hotel but the premises are very spacious and the quality of services is very high. The room was very clean and decorated with taste but not pretentious. That was expected for the price. The beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows. We got such a good night's sleep there. The room was quiet too. Now the restaurant is another highlight. Very tasty food and we did not have to go anywhere: had breakfast and dinner there. Make sure you make dinner reservations because it gets busy. We have not used the pool or gym because there was no time for it. We did use a fusball table. What a great entertainment for kids after a day in Universal! There is also a nice souvenir store at the hotel, which sells neat quality things instead of junky stuff so common elsewhere. The hotel also provides a free trolley that can take you there. It runs every hour but we used uber to get to universal, it is about 10$.

It was a delicious three-course Chinese fusion meal with good coffee. All while enjoying the views of the water and wildlife.
