Other facilities offered at the property include meeting facilities and a shared lounge. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and fresh suite. Stocked with everything you might need if you planned on cooking. We did not cook but appreciated the full size fridge and coffee pot. Found Clorox wipes under the sink (my husband was sick and wanted to wipe down some surfaces). Needed scissors to cut off some tags and was pleasantly surprised to find some in the first drawer I opened. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well appointed.

Location was great but I can see how it would be troublesome for those not from the area. 10-15 minute walk to all the main shops/attractions/restaurants for downtown. Rooms are very spacious with excellent views. Breakfast was great too with a good choice each morning. Felt extremely secure and comfortable staying here, and can’t beat the value! All the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

I agree with a previous review posted at Booking.com, namely that "La Quinta" has excellent facilities, without the posh furnishings of more expensive hotels. Also, they extended my stay free of charge by giving me a room when I arrived in the morning, having just got off the train, which was very kind of them.
