Situated on a garden compound in New Mexico, this historic bed and breakfast features comfortably furnished units with free Wi-Fi. It is a 10-minute walk from the Botanic Gardens & Zoo, as well as charming Old Town Albuquerque. Amazing architecture and beautiful art in a very quirky but comfortable hotel. The outside garden and the hot tub area are very beautiful and a place to relax from the big city of Albuquerque. Old town is a 5 min walk away. Now it was just an overnight stay on our way back home but I want to come back and stay longer. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable, good shower. I loved the serving at the table breakfast with a good choice in breakfast plates. Staff was very kind and hospitable.

Featuring a patio or terrace, all rooms include cable TV and an en suite bathroom. A refrigerator is also included in rooms for guests’ convenience at El Pueblo Lodge. Rooms are styled in period furnishings and bright coloured accents. This place is a wonderful place in Taos at a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, beds are VERY comfortable, nice hot pool - also open in winter. But the actual highlight is the breakfast. It almost seems like a sumptuous European breakfast with many (freshly made) warm options. And….. you get real plates and cutlery which is very rare for the US. Another nice detail are the wide selection of tees and coffees during the day - together with good quality nachos and cookies.
