The location was excellent to get a feel for old town Hanoi. I did a lot of walking which was manageable given the location of the Hotel. the facilities were good value for money and the staff were all great.I must make special mention of Tracy at reception who was fantastic. so polite, helpful and kind it was a joy dealing with her. Thank you Tracy for making my stay so much more enjoyable.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old quarter, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. Despite being in such a busy area, the room was quiet, clean, and tidy, and the aircon worked perfectly—an absolute lifesaver. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The free breakfast was delicious—I highly recommend trying the French toast and chicken noodles. The coffee was excellent too! One highlight was the in-house spa, which was affordable and so relaxing after long days of exploring. They also made organizing airport transfers a breeze, with reasonable pricing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting!
