From croissants and toast to fully cooked breakfast both international and local with very attentive staff and extremely happy to assist. Always with a smile. Reception staff greeted us every day who could also advise on the area and helped locate transport to get to places of interest. The rooftop bar was excellent. Huu is an exceptional barman. The room was cleaned daily and the laundry service helped immensely. Our time there has meant a return visit is on the cards. we loved it all.

The staff í very polite and helpful. The internet connection is good and the beds are clean and very nice. We slept very well. The breakfast was full of fresh fruits. Coffee is good too.

The rooms were very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, at both the hotel restaurant and the reception desk/ hotel lobby. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast which was lovely. The hotel is in a prime location as it's close to the lake (very central) but not directly where all the night time festivities are happening. In saying that, it's only a few minutes walk away but the location still has a good buzz without being too overwhelming. I lived in Hanoi 6 years ago and chose this hotel based on it's location as it's on a wonderful street that has a good vibe. Pizza 4Ps (only the best pizza in Vietnam) is a stone throw away and Polite Pub (where you can get amazing cocktails) is directly opposite. The hotel's rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a whiskey sours or any of their other cocktail offerings. We will most certainly be back! Thank you so much for making us feel at home.
