As one of the biggest hotel chains in the world, I wasn't expecting nothing but top tier service and exquisiteness from the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi and that is exactly what they offer. From the welcoming at reception to massive spacious rooms with impeccable amenities , to having a mall literally a lift away from your hotel room, I was extremely happy I chose the Four Seasons out of all the options. Worth it every cent and I will definitely stay it again.

I really appreciate the level of service which the hotel staff demonstrated, it was very very good! We were especially pleased by the employees Edmond, Amadou, Solomon and Azimjon, they made our stay perfect ! The staff are very friendly. Especially the staff who helped us check in at the front desk (I think her name is Johanne), she was very professional, welcoming and had exceptional multi-tasking skills! She remembered our names and always said hi to us with a big smile. The hotel in general is very nice as well, clean, good location, comfortable room. We are very satisfied!
