I received an astonishingly good service by Ismail Khadar, the housekeeping! It's totally different from other housekeeping during my 3 nights staying. Thank you. And I also received a warm welcome by a male staff at the pool (Looks like the Hollywood star, Denzel Washington😜), but sadly i got no chance to know his name, I only know he was off on 14th, other days he's always there for us. Much appreciated. 🥰

Amazing location. Amenities of gym spa and beach and beach restaurant were across the road at west bay which you have to reach via an outside tunnel. Breakfast was amazing everyday at the buffet and you got specialist coffees on request and poached eggs if you want. We were looked after by great staff including Khat, Sanjitha, Loveline at the front desk during our stay

We highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - Nice room size with all necessary amenities available in the room, also with nice views of the city and the water. - We appreciated the Butler service and found the housekeeping very diligent and polite. - Food & Beverage services in the hotel are great; we mostly enjoyed Villa Toscana, the room service and the amazing breakfast. Special thanks to Alejandra, the Toscana hostess, who was always smiling and accommodating. All staff was very tentative and friendly. - Convenient location due to the small mall & cinema in the building, good restaurant options around the hotel, but mostly due to the private beach and pool access. It does take a brief walk to get there (the hotel does offer another pool and nice outdoors bar by the spa and the gym), which we did not mind that at all; especially since we enjoyed the pool & beach service so much. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. - Our special thanks go to the front desk for allowing an extended late check-out due to a health issue that came up during our last night. It would have been a very difficult day and way back home if it weren't for your understanding... A big thank you!

We loved our stay. The hotel is a real 5* luxurious resort with 5* services. The hotel itself is beautiful - from its spetacular lobby, beautifully decorated common areas to comfortable and spacious rooms. The hotel is surroned by lush gardens, many swimming pools and fantastic beach area with sunbeds. The best thing about the hotel is its´location on beautiful Saadyiat island with 8km natural beach full of shells, beautiful white sand, turquise water ... simply a paradise. We were so lucky to have dolphins visiting our beach on 2 occasions. They stayed close to the beach in shallow water which allowed us to swim few meters from them. It was a really magical moment. We will be back. We ate in most of the hotels restaurants - Budha bar, Sontaya and the Drawing room (fantastic cakes, cofee and very pleasant staff). Our favourite was Mazi, the greek restaurant. The food in Mazi was sensational - traditional greek with a little twist and beautiful presentation - well done to the chef and sous-chef! Special thanks to personnel that made our stay even better - Sana (customer satisfaction manager) and Victoria (the best piano player!!!). Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. We will be back :-)

The overall design of the venue and the design of the apartment looks fashionable and well-thought. The functional attributes of the items in the room are perfect (e.g., chair comfortable to sit for hours, table of right length, great kitchen space, perfect lighting, etc.). Service and service people are both very friendly and look genuinely in a good mood.
