Staff were so attentive and the service could not be faulted. Despite then hotel pool being shut we were offered a fabulous alternative to visit their other hotel on the Palm with all transfers organised very efficiently

Hotel has an excellent location, it is few minutes from the metro station. Service is great, rooms are clean, modern and nice. Staff is also really great, polite, and helpful, but I want to thank the receptionist Ali who helped me a lot with the issue with taxi that I had.
