The facilities were great and the customer service was amazing. The Host was very responsive and facilitated any needs almost instantly, day or night. He went out of his way to make himself available for an early check in and decorated the room for a couple on their honeymoon....would highly recommend this property

My service at Time Onyx Hotel is always exceptional! In fact, I decided to stay here the entire time for my business trip which has been over 5 months! I could stay at any place in Dubai but decided to stay here cuz of how much I enjoy everything. I feel very comfortable and I love the staff, cleanliness, and everything else that Time Onyx provides. The front desk is always so helpful and friendly as well. They go far and beyond in trying to help you with any issues you are dealing with. The housekeeping always doing a great job too! Special thanks to front desk team Savita, Viju, Ahmed, Sarath and Shawgi the manager for always following up and getting things done. Also I want to give a shout out to the housekeeping team for taking great care of my room, especially Rohith, Sanjeetha, and Sabbir! You guys rock!!!

The room is well structured with decor of the room was perfect. The arrangement of the table, sofa, paintings, fridge was well place within the room. Great Amenities and Friendly Staff
I loved the amenities provided in the room, from the complimentary snacks to the high-quality toiletries and WIFI speed. The fresh fruits was a nice touch, and having additional private fridge was very convenient.
The Location was very convenient I was able to go to Dubai through Sahara mall walking distance.
The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions and made me feel very welcome. The service truly made a difference!
