The hotel is very clean. the rooms are very clean. the housekeeping is great. reception people are very very kind helpfull. the hotel's location is in the middle of everything. you can reach the Marina for example even with the Tram. All of the staff are very kind and friendly. I love the girl serving drinks and towels nearby the adult pool. she was extremely kind and nice. The breakfast was perfect. I am always staying in Mina Seyahi or West Inn since they are very safe and good for a single women. The 8th floor Lounge is great I recommend. mrs. Simran is preparing perfect coctails in the lounge. All of the restaurants in the hotel are top quality. I recommend Baba and Italian ones. I hope that the fish restaurant will be opened soon. It is also a signature restaurant for this hotel. the hotel is green, there are trees and flowers. The sunset is great to watch and have a drink at the sand bar.

Our second and certainly not last stay at this hotel. Even better than last time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant and choice for breakfast.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. A nice bathroom with a separate toilet, a bathtub and a spacious shower. The hotel is "furry friendly", pets also have a marked elevator, rear exit and own playground.
