The hotel was trying to reach me before arrival. Once I got there I was informed that for the first night I would not get the room I booked due to technical issues but they would offer me an upgrade for the remained days. The following day I was surprised with such a beautiful spacious superior apartment with view to burg Khalifa. That was really nice from the hotel team and I trully enjoyed my stay.

Second time staying here and it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The design of the hotel, lobby and rooms - wow! The staff are very friendly. We were celebrating a special occasion and got a room upgrade which made our trip extra special. 100% recommend treating yourself at the spa, highlight of my stay.
