it was located at a central location, adjacent to the mall and very short walking distance to the metro station and bus station, breakfast was always amazing with a variety of food to choose from, the facilities were always clean and easy to access. the staff was super friendly and very helpful, special Thankyou to Ashik in house keeping who always ensured I was set and went the extra mile to assist where necessary

Very welcoming and polite staff on our check-in. Excellent location near the metro, bus, taxi, and next door to the huge, popular IBN Battuta Mall. The breakfast was fresh every day, good and there were many options to choose from (amazing coffee). The facility and room were of a good standard and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Daily cleaning was timely and great. My friend had a birthday when we were back afternoon in the room there was a piece of cake for her which was an amazing surprise that wasn't even requested or asked for it. Overall we had an excellent and enjoyable stay!

Our second and certainly not last stay at this hotel. Even better than last time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant and choice for breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and clean. A nice bathroom with a separate toilet, a bathtub and a spacious shower. The hotel is "furry friendly", pets also have a marked elevator, rear exit and own playground.
