The location an hotel facilities were amazing! Che and her team really helped us good and made sure that we had a good stay. We were always amazingly received. Staff was amazing!

Proximity to city centre. Staff were nice and up to their responsibilities. Optimal temperature both in the rooms and dinner areas. This is different from my experience in other hotels I have stayed in Dubai.

The beds are very comfortable. The Staff is always very friendly. The Team of the Executive Lounge give best Service- never expect. Pool use in the 54.floor is highly recomended.

Fantastic Hotel. Really value to money, such a prime location just a 10-20 meter from Dubai Mall. All the staff and facilities are top notch. Not a 4* , it is like a 5* Hotel. One drawback is breakfast a bit expensive ( 220 AED for 2) , also room design is really nice but a little bit small. Other than that, so satisfied and really suggest everyone to go and stay there.
