Celebrated Christmas with friends and family in Copthorne Lakeview and it was an amazing experience. Staffs are friendly and approachable, special mention to Gen in the reception for making our experience wonderful, gave us early check-in and free room upgrade to such a lovely room with a lakeview. Hotel is accessible to a mall and some restaurants. Highly recommended hotel, will definitely come back! 😍

The location is the best if you are visiting Expo2020 venues. Only a few meters from the metro station and one stop to the Expo station. Since this station is almost at the end of the metro line, it's mostly empty,so you'll always have a seat. The hotel has upgraded our room from standard to Jr Suite, which was awesome, and we're very grateful for that. All personnel were very nice and friendly. Room cleaning was done daily. Two restaurants I visited were worth it. However, mostly, the food is PanAsian, and there are not too many options around the hotel. But that was OK, since we were kinda ready for it. Room service menu has more western options. So the bottom line, the hotel worthy its money, and I wish them to keep doing the great job at everything!

5* Staff very helpful for cleaning they won’t disturb you early and at the door of the Hotel!

I loved how the staff mad me feel comfortable and safe specially a young man named Tanim. It being the first country for me to explore they taught me all i need to know. They went out of their way specially him to make my stay so desireable. Honestly these guys are something else. They taught me places for each thing thats best situated for the task in hand. They taught me what to look out for. When ever i need water or towels or anything they would treat me like royalty. Words couldnt surfice the level of customer service i got thats how good it was. Before i came to this hotel i was in business bay at a 5 star hotel which was out standing bare in mind the price was high. However Tanim and his colleague are far more proffessional and courteous. They are 100% under paid. They delivered so much compassion and love to the service. The first apartment I was allocated to didnt feel good. I asked them if I could have a different one. Not only did they change it they upgraded me to bigger and better one for free. No exaggeration, my stay was originally for 23 days i ended up staying for nearly 60 days soley cause I felt like I was home probz even better getting the royalty treatment. I had occured a problem with the telly it was just my luck. I was affraid that I would be liable not knowing the small prints. However I took the leap of faith and informed them of the problem. Withing 30mins they investigated the problem, they had out lined few options of solution. At the end they removed the old telly and brought in a bigger better smart telly free of charge. The list can go on, so my message to the world. What you pay for you will get more back in service and facilities. However my message to management and ceo keep the rate same to your customers and increase the employment wage to your staff. Tanim and his team are the face and back bone of your branch and are giving you execellent reputation.

All the staff where very helpful & wud do anything & where very pleasant Al the socurity where brilliant. App was spotless cleaned every day that was our second stay .

Excellent, professional, clean, quiet, real pictures and location near metro, bus, taxi, market, restaurant and sports club, the price is very good and when I arrived inside this house, I realized that because this house belongs to a company that has several houses and for the opening, it is one of the policies that offers very low and discounted prices for the opening of the riyal. How great it was I took advantage of this discount and thought that maybe it is not real at this price, but then I realized that I made the right choice and that others are leaving negative comments so that this house remains empty, so that only their friends can bring here and others cannot use the excellent services of this accommodation and it remains quiet here. You, like me, are a winner, if you book and use it at this great price
