I really liked the Hotel in overall but what I liked most was the room comfort and the decoration, the hotel is entirely made of marble at interior. The restaurants at the Hotel are stupendous and of course the outstanding and never seen breakfast that is served every mornings in Atlantis the Royal! the hotel is located on west palm which is the new posh/party area in dubai. it isn’t necessarily a family hotel since it has parties with blasting music all day in the weekends but they sure do their best to accomodate everyone. staff is nice and helpfull.

What did I like, let us say what could not be liked, I went there to celebrate my wife's birthday, and since check in you feel that your request is handled all the way. John at the reception was so helpful, cheerful and described the whole process effectively. Perfect reception. Room was super amazing and decorated with rose petals for my Wife birthday which was surprising and very pleasing for her. Restaurant experience was really amazing. Mr. Hany made us feel like very welcomed and was so helpful and available. Also We have run into Mr. Tarek, Director of Operation, he was out there at the breakfast helping the staff to get orders by him self, I almost mixed him up as a guest :). When he knew that it is my wife's birthday, they got a piece of cake and celebrated her. Nothing can describe how special that was except the joy and big smile on my wife's face, and this is what I only desired from this stay. They managed to make it super memorable. Daisy from the towel station and Wasim for beach restaurant, both were super welcoming and cheerful. Guys, you have an extra ordinary staff really and you should be proud of them. I might be biased, but honestly the hotel and rooms are like you are staying in a PALACE with 7 stars services.

Just recently built, located on the beach of the Palm, opposite the huge mall and a monorail station. Breakfasts are magnificent, there are two outdoor pools - on the rooftop and on their own beach. Rooms are not the biggest ones, but modern and clean. Staff is very friendly in all areas, even when they are busy. Will definitely return here.

This hotel is AMAZING. The facilities, staff, location, service does not disappoint and this is my second time here. One thing that just brought my experience down slightly this time was the fact that alot of the facilities are adult only and I was with a child, meaning we couldn't use the beach or the roof top pool etc which is a shame as there are alot of people staying with kids. That aside I LOVE this hotel.
