The hotel looks like in a fairytale, it's like staying in a palace. The room and the view were amazing. The food at Matagi and the Afternoon Tea in Bluthner Hall was beyond words. There are lots of activities for kids and a kids club so the main pool area is still quiet and you can relax there or at the beach. Much less noisy and more intimate than other 5* hotels nearby.

The place was beyond our expectations. The cleanliness, the facilities, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We love walking around the neighbourhood and going to the mall.
