I liked that the hotel is new, that the rooms are nice and clean. Due to good metro connections, the hotel is not far from the center and the main attractions of the city. Sound insulation is excellent and you cannot hear other guests from neighboring rooms. A very ugly thing happened to me during my stay in Vienna; a thief stole my wallet at the train station and took all my money. It was a lot of stress for my mom and me, and our vacation was ruined. There was no point in staying in Vienna in such a nervous breakdown, so we told the hotel staff what happened to us and asked if we could leave two days earlier and get a refund for those two nights. They agreed without any questions and we are very grateful for that. Their kindness and understanding meant more to us than the certainly wonderful ambience of the hotel. All recommendations for Bassena hotel. They are great! You won’t regret :)

Great location right at the water: 1min walk to supermarket, 5min to subway station, and less than 10min to Donaupark. Perfect for a family with kids. Apartment was beautifully furnished and came with everything we needed (washing machine and dishwasher were so useful). The guys managing the property were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to stay here again!

We loved everything about this hotel! We could check in early which was super convenient, the staff was super helpful, the breakfast was delicious and of good quality, and the metro station was only a few minutes away and 15 15-minute ride from the centre. Would come back for sure!

Adina is now my favorite! It’s not my first stay at Adina, and I’ve never been disappointed. The place has absolutely everything you could wish for — a bar, a rooftop terrace, a heated pool with warm water and a wonderful view, saunas, a gym, a yoga room, and more. The location couldn’t be better — the metro is right next door, and there’s a Billa supermarket just around the corner.

Everything was beyond our expectations, very clean apartment, modern and cozy in a very quiet modern area, fully equipped.The neighbourhood it self looks newish, modern, quiet, felt safe all the time. The apartment comes with a indoor parking space, which is very convenient. The owner very polite, responsive and ready to help with anything and provided us with coffee capsules for the coffee machine. Checking in and out were very easy. We are more than happy with this choice. Thank you!

Awesome apartment. Stayed here for 2 nights with the family. We arrived before the official check-in (~2 hours) and there was no any problem neither to enter the appartment, nor to park the car. We just notified in advance, after all the instructions with the code (to enter the appartment) and detailed instructions regarding arrival processes were delivered in time. So no stress from our side, everything went smoothly. Apartment itself: very-very clean, cosy, warm, light, modern. There wasn't a single thing that we might have missed: much space for sleeping, enough bed linens, towels, coffee, etc. General verdict - check-in and enjoy) Kids were very happy to see a bath here. Free undeground parking. Billa. Asian supermarket. U-bahn in 5 minutes walk. Working wi-fi. Very quick responses for any kind of our questions. I would highly recommend this appartment, it's worth each spent euro!

Elizabeth our hostess was very welcoming; she and her husband helped with our luggage and as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, she very kindly provided our breakfast on Monday morning. The weather was intensely hot and sleeping was not easy, but our hostess provided electric fans for our comfort. Also there was a welcome Nespresso machine so we could have coffee.
