I had a great time in Jaz in the City hotel. We were able to check-in early around 1pm, which was great for us. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly as well. The location worked out great for us. Very close to the MariahilfeStrasse which was the shopping district and Naschmarkt, as well as close to the metro station and bus station. Bonus: Just the shower cabin had glass doors on both side. On one side there was a curtain to cover you from being seen though. That was fine for us. We didn't mind. Just for future guests to keep this mind if they are travelling with coworkers or friends and want more privacy. This was our room. Maybe the others don't have this same option as we did. Overall I had a great experience.

Situated right on Vienna's main shopping street Mariahilfer Straße, Hotel MOTTO occupies an impressive historic building next to the Neubaugasse stop of the U3 metro line.

The hotel is really beautiful, the decor, furnishings, attantion to details...it is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed in! The staff is amazing too, very helpfull and friendly. The location is excellent. We travelled with our small dog who received a great welcome, it was a truly wonderful stay overall!

Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed, lovely shower, very quiet , 5 minutes stroll to subway, less than that for bus or tram . Will definitely stay again

Free Concert with drink and sweets as well as sparkling wine. Big bathtub where I can enjoy watching the moon. Very kind staff who helped me (printing out a ticket for opera and other business documents.) with joy. Breakfast was excellent.

A fantastic stay in a chic boutique hotel! I work in a Hotel, and when you book a single room I normally expect a standard room with nothing that makes the room really nice or special. Just basics. But the room, it is small room though, was fantastic. All the decoration is lovely, elegant, chic and within the vibe of the Hotel. Even if I think this is clearly or the perfect Hotel for couples, you don’t feel leave out even in a single room lol The surprises once you get into the room at Check-In are a must in terms of the experience of the Hotel. Kudos to the young receptionist and the young bellboy who were on my check-in on Sunday (sorry I don’t remember the names/ I think it was Marie). Positive energy always makes everything better :) The Location is perfect if you, like me, want to go walking any place. Already on my list of places to stay again in 2026

Everything was perfect. Very bright apartment, clean and fresh with everything you need. The location is great, close to supermarkets, attractions and to the Museum Quarter. We had a late night check in and late check out which the hosts kindly allowed us. Thank you

Very spacious and well appointed. Perfect for families with young children. Nice views from the large windows. The apartment has a nice Phillips espresso machine, coffee beans were provided. Stores and public transportation are just a short walk from the apartment. I would definitely stay again.

Very nicely laid out and enough room for us and the kids. The coffee machine and kitchen items were great. Beds very comfortable and I loved the shower after being out in the cold winter night.
