Everything was perfect. The apartment is extremely clean, everything looks new and high quality. The check-in process was smooth, the hosts are cool!
The building is located on an adjoining street from the main one, so it is very quiet. You get access to a private backyard. Plenty of restaurants, fast foods, bakeries, farmer's market and the usual supermarkets are minutes away in every direction. The tram #46 is located 30 seconds away and takes you to the city center (Volkstheater station) in a few stops.
We've been staying in this neighborhood for a few times already and love it.
There is an underground parking garage nearby named Garage Klausgasse where you can park for only 6 EUR a day.

After contacting the owners and arranging arranging the arrival time, the owners were waiting for us. They helped with the paid street parking and informed us about other parking possibilities. They also helped us with looking for convenient public transport options. Really very nice and helpful.
