Very good location right near train stations and metro just a few minutes of walk, also easy to get to the centre of Vienna, incredible apartment with everything necessary. Pleased with overly nice and pleasant staff. They even let me in earlier then 3pm, when asked for. There is also a simple shop near, and if you want something else, plenty other are near, not juts shops but also diners, fast food and other utilitary markets.

We liked everything. Radio in the bathroom is cool. Slanted ceiling with windows, just like at parents home, lots of natural light. Cozy, warm and welcoming.

The flat was huge and cozy at the same time, and had virtually everything we needed, including dish soap, laundry detergent, some candies, a washing machine and an iron. The location was great, being just a 2 minute walk from the underground and 15 meters from a tram stop. The place even had a desk in the living room which could comfortably be used as a working space if needed. The entrance with an atmospheric staircase and inner garden with a little fountain were also lovely. The owner was attentive and punctual, waiting for us on our arrival day. We had no issues with the flat at all and found it to be excellent value for money. It was also convenient to communicate with the owner through the website he provided.

The apartment is very big, comfortable, clean, full of utilities, very nice and cozy. Probably the best apartment for price I have ever been to. Owner was really nice and welcoming as well. Definitely would reccomend.

Martin has been very gentle, available to explain and assist when needed. The location is ok because is a bit out of the center, but well connected via metro or tram (if you prefer to enjoy some city view while going). Shops are there for you to buy, kitchen has the basic things to cook, if needed, working washer is there, no problem for us (traveled with 3 kids)

Everything was exactly like at the pictures. Location was great. Shops, cafeterias and public transport just 5 steps away from entrance. I had courtyard windows, and it was really quiet. Good size bed. WiFi was good for my home office. I was there 1 month and i don't have any complaints.
