Mostly the very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large with its own en-suite. We liked that we could walk into the City and the food was good.

Was initially worried about poor Google Reviews so was glad our stay was very comfortable and aligned with travellers’ reviews on Booking.com . The in-room washer and dryer was the main reason for booking the apartment as we needed to do laundry. Received an unexpected upgrade to a double bedroom on the 9th floor. Deposit return processed promptly one day after check-out. Room as pictured.
