Location was perfect, just footsteps away from the train and tram stations. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood despite being right beside the train station. Lots of nice eateries (international cuisine choices available) nearby; Woolworths was a 5-7 mins walk away and closes at midnight. Loved the view of the train tracks from our room even though we stayed on the second floor. Room is clean, huge and spacious, we loved everything about it. Manager Arun was very hospitable, being greeted by his huge smile in the morning makes my day!

The reception staff were more than helpful,, the cleaning staff always cleaned at the correct time and everything was immaculate. Prahran, chapel street and south Yarra in general a good location to visit Melbourne city and the outlying suburbs.

Punthill South Yarra Grand is centrally located, within walking distance of South Yarra Train Station. Some apartments offer views of the city and Port Phillip Bay.

Customer service was great! The follow up emails to make sure we were checking in on time and if we had any problems with signing in via the guest portal. The front desk lady was friendly! Clean apartment, spacious and beds comfortable!!
