Ritz service from check in to check out was exceptional. Hospitality is top notch. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, view of the Swan River and Elizabeth Quey were breathtaking. I also like the design and interior of the rooms that are very well thought of.

Loved the unexpected text messages, such a lovely touch. All the staff were helpful and happy. From the minute you walk in the doors every experience was wonderful. And the views!!! We dine in on Sunday night and the food was unbelievable. Both the breakfast box and the dine in breakfast had many choices. We could have just stayed all weekend inside but it was a sunny weekend!! The central location made it easy as this trip we decided not the hire a car. Everything is very close by. We are so happy with our weekend stay.
