Location was fantastic. Front office all the way to Housekeeping Staffs were just exceptional. Always polite, full of smiles and never fail to greet be it morning or afternoon or night. Customer service at its finest. Hotel room was just superb. Every details were to perfection. We truly enjoyed our stay. Almost everything was just a walking distance. Very strategically located for sure.

Quick and easy walk to Elizabeth Quay and the Barrack Street Jetty, Free CAT bus nearby. I hardly needed to use uber at all.
Room was small but very comfortable with everything I needed, bed was soft, tea and electric kettle provided, clean and modern bathroom, option to skip housecleaning some days to conserve resources.
Staff was welcoming and helpful, 24/7 desk was perfect for my midnight arrival.

The location is just beautiful. In the middle of the CBD but we had a walk to Kings park and it was close by, room was amazing and spacious, views were remarkable
