The personel at the reception is amazing ! I will gave them 10 stars for their service. Sylvia gave me a lot of good references and activities for the kangourous sight seeing. Very welcoming and professional. Wow ! Also, they speak different langage such as French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese... to name just few.

First there was a bit of a hiccup as I requested an early check in but the room was not available. Then we were told that we could not stay there for the whole two weeks that was booked due to the place closing. I have to say the manager Denise went out of her way to rectify all that was happening to make us as comfortable as possible. Even found us accommodation at another hotel to complete our stay. The staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable especially after traveling for 26hrs that was all we looked for and it exceeded our expectations. I want to thank Denise and the staff for their exceptional services.
