Very large room, good location and friendly staff. We arrived on Sunday and after the office closed but their instructions were very clear so we managed to get into our room smoothly. The location is near to King Cross station and there are few halal restaurants such as Five Star Kebab and Cross Chicken nearby. Harris Market is just beside the apartment if you need to buy some groceries.

The hotel is very central, close to nice restaurants and shops, loved the area! We travelled from Europe with family and booked two rooms to celebrate NYE in Sydney. Unfortunately we arrived two days late due to flight cancelations but the hotel kindly agreed to move our 5 night bookings without any charge which was a relief. The front desk team was super friendly, smily and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast and the general feel of the hotel. Our rooms were great, nicely appointed and decorated. On NYE we found a complimentary bottle of wine in our room which was a lovely surprise, thanks again. Also, special thanks to Sharon who was so accommodating and helpful. Sharon helped us on a few occasions and nothing was too much trouble, she's a great asset to the property. We'll be back!

Due to a last-minute change of plans, I urgently needed to extend my stay. I had to split my accommodations between two different locations, but I'm grateful that the staff were able to secure me a place. Otherwise, I would have been homeless. I had an amazing stay at Urban Nomad Hostel! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond, especially Cody, to make sure everyone felt comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the common areas were perfect for meeting fellow travelers. The location is fantastic—close to all the major attractions yet in a quieter part of town. I also loved the little touches, like the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy lounge area. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a vibrant yet relaxed place to stay. Highly recommended!

I was surprised because this hostel had a free gym and also free dinners. It made it good value for money!

Head up to our fantastic rooftop for skyline views and sunny vibes, or unwind in our charming courtyard – both perfect spots for mingling and making new friends.
