Staff: Paula was excellent in her service. She helped me store my luggage as I had arrived early. I went out to do some shopping and she helped me stored that too. When it was time to check in, she had already placed my belongings inside my room. This was more than I could ask for. Hotel: I am grateful for receiving the complimentary upgrade from the queen to the king room. There was a lot of space and the bathroom design is extremely modern and incredibly tasteful. It might not be what most people are comfortable with as it had no doors or walls but I like it.
