Excellent location very helpful and efficient staff. Ali helped us out with my credit card situation. Ali was extremely helpful went out of the way to sort out my credit card situation. The location, safe and close to key points, was convenient for us as we mostly walked around (the city is generally walkable), and our room was excellent. It was large, spotlessly clean, with a nice view and all the amenities. Communication with the staff was without any problems, while the responses from the hotel's customer service department to our emails were prompt and precise. We liked that on our last night, a fruit platter was waiting for us in our room...

I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is situated in a perfect and beautiful location. Very polite and friendly staff members, non stop service. My room was very comfortable with a sea view. The breakfasts were delicious with a big variety of choices. P.s. I would like to express a special gratitude to Ahmad and Elshan for their warm and friendly attitude and you felt at peace in their company.

This is an outstanding boutique type hotel, impecably clean, with amazing staff throughout the hotel particularly Mr Gasham at the reception who was incredibly kind and helpful with all of our tours and accomodating when we needed to extend our stay.I will also make a special mention of Mr Elchin who was also very helpful. This is the best location in Baku. Walking distance to the beautiful Old Town....loads of restaurants and coffee shops around. We really had a wonderful time. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. We will be back
