What a pleasant experience. From the start to the end. Thank you to all the staff. From service to etiquette, we were wowed. Our flight landed incredibly early, we were blessed with the kindest desk attendant who allowed an early check, charge free❤️. Location, magnificent. And the view of the hotel itself is really soo pretty. Cleaning staff well mannered and friendly. Room was amazing super comfy. Breakfast, awesome. Definitely a 10/10👍

We had a night flight, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning. After a short wait the room was available and we could also have breakfast. On the second evening, there was fruit waiting for us in the room.
There was a kettle for making coffee/tea in the room. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel wifi worked very well.

Excellent customer service by Zara and others. Their manager was very professional and friendly. The person who was dropping off the bags was very helpful and friendly. They always greet you with a smile. They even helped us to check in early because we were with a 10 months old infant.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was nice and new (a little bit dark though). Cleaning is daily, they change the towels and replace the bottle of water if you finished it. Location was perfect for us, everything is in walkable distance. Breakfast was also good, they even prepare eggs as you wish.
I would definitely come back, very nice place.
