The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. The room was tidy and had everything I could have asked for a nice overnight stay. The location is quite nice and the hotel had an overall very elegant look.

Art Nouveau house built by Ernest Blériot, near Place Flagey and the Ixelles ponds, in a pedestrian zone. A really beautiful and beautifully decorated house. The room was 45 sq. m. The breakfast room is also beautiful, overlooking the ponds. The owner is very helpful, with a good sense of humour and good knowledge of the area. Highly recommended!

it’s an amazing home. Felt like living in a small palace with a secret garden. super comfortable, clean, charming. All amenities I could ask for in Brussels. Excellent neighborhood with cool bars, supermarket and pastries. Close distance to tram Elena has been a super generous and kind host.

The staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The location is great! Breakfast is very tasty with variety of choices. Free tea and coffee all day long in the hotel lounge. Free umbrellas in case of rain and free fast wifi everywhere in the hotel. I definitely recommend Aqua Hotel Brussels.

Immediately greeted by friendly staff- who were also super helpful and let us check in early at no charge! Beautiful facilities, well kept and very clean Room was bigger than expected- some other reviews said the rooms were small- but ours was decent size- perfect for 2 people We were on the 5th floor and had no issues at all with noise. Accommodation is close to public transport- so easy to get around. Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom also! Daily room service. There is a lovely 24/7 bar with pool table also!
