This was a gorgeous hotel, very nice large rooms, and wonderful staff. There was a real bathtub in my room which was quite a treat after nearly a week of hard traveling for me. The bed was as really comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean, and even though I was right next to the elevator the noise was not bad. They have real hotel keys for your room which is wonderful and charming. I had a very early taxi to catch and the man working the morning I left went out of his way to get me a coffee and make sure I left on time to make my train.

The room was really spatious and everything was prepared for our stay. The beds were really comfortable and big. We were staying with our two small children, so the sofa bed was a good option for us. The hotel is oriented to sustainability. I especially liked that you could get a 5eur voucher for each day you skip cleaning your room and you could donate the money for charity organisations.

Decorated in industrial vintage style, this hotel is only 600 metres from Louise Metro Station. Zoom Hotel has an intimate garden courtyard and a bar serving local Belgian beers.

Everything was really great. Especially, AC in the room. It was a relief when outside 33C. Walking distance ( ~ 7 min ) to large shopping street. 10 min to View ( Wheel ). Approx. 20 min till Grand Place. There is an elevator in the hotel as well. Big room and big WC. Wonderful staff, helpful.
