They check the availability and even the booking in the hotel was nearly full, they allow me for an extra early check-in at about 10.00am. and late checkout to 1400. everything was good.. room size, comfort, ambience, BT speaker in the room, complimentary nespresso, herbal teas.. The personnel in the reception was very helpful.. Thank you very much, it was a great stay.!

The host was very kind to explain everything we need to know to be able to get to the property and enter without any problems. He even called me to double check what type of additonal beds I would like have for my children. Gave me additional information about what taxi I need to find from the airport so I don't get scammed and pay more than I need to. The property was very clean and with everything that we need. I am very happy with our stay there and next time we need to go to Sofia I will definitely book with them again.

Wonderful terrace with city view, comfortable apartment, clean, and warm welcome. All the rooms have amazing panoramic views, you literally feel to sleep and get up in a postcard. The house is fully decorated, some details are a bit bizzarre, but it was enjoyful to explore :)
