The Filipina lady and the manager was very kind and very helpful in reception they upgraded my room without hesitating that was around 3:30PM and was perfect moment because we just got married.Me and my wife would like thank everyone there all of them are very kind. Jen from the restaurant during my breakfast was very helpful and giving us a lot of option just to enjoy our day. Keep it up the good work

First Impression was the best impression. The reception and desk service Ms. Jam Aira was the one of the best receptionist I can say, very cheerful, helpful, well mannered, took extra care in arranging the booking and taking care of the guest. The Room was excellent, cleaned properly, nice ambience and views outside and all the facilities were there. Breakfast was the same which we find in every hotel. Could have done better, again its my opinion, because for different nationalities its difficult to prepare and organize. Cleanliness - its a beautiful hotel neat and clean, properly organized. Staffs - All the staffs are well trained.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Jafar during my stay at this hotel, and I must say, he was an absolute delight. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything about our stay was perfect — comfortable, luxurious, and truly memorable. The kids’ club, water park, and beach club were all fantastic. Our child had such an amazing time that he didn’t even want to go back home! The dining experience was also excellent. Every restaurant we tried was great, and the breakfast buffet stood out with its wide variety of delicious options. The dedicated kids’ buffet section was an adorable touch that we really appreciated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were wonderful with our child and made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway.

Staff was very kind. Mohammed Ali was also great! Fast check-in. SIM cards available at reception. Have us better room in advance. International breakfast was awesome. To sleep in luxury bed was a best part of my day.
