The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also speak English if you need it. I was able to rent a bike for free, we had social activities during the nights, the cats are super cute, perfect location of the place and they let me stay in the hostel after checkout without any problem

Everything, new apartments, friendly and helpful staff. Calm area but very close to everything you need: bus stop, taxi stop, supermarket, restaurants. I definitely recommend it.

The pousada is in a very quiet yet central place in the Lagoa. The accommodation is excellent and the staff and owner are super friendly. Our room had a balcony and we could see cute monkeys (sagüis) and many birds in the trees in front.
