It is a somewhat spacious flat in an old building with good neighbors. The property is very clean, its facilities are good enough, and the location couldn't be better. The condominium staff are very kind and helpful.

The property was one block away from the beach. It is a very safe area with a lot of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The metro station is faraway, but Uber is very cheap.
