The view and customer service were excellent. We enjoyed food, club drinks, variety, and selection. The pool was clean, and the room was well maintained. Kids Club is a great addition, and staff members were very welcoming, friendly, and openly.

Breakfast 🧡! It is a good place to socialize and meet other people to explore the city together. A lot of common spaces to chill, or work (including a designated co-working space with two small rooms for video calls). Rooftop with a nice view, and a small but really well equipped 'gym' corner. A common kitchen that can be used to prepare your own food. A lot of useful information about places to visit and things to do in Rio. The reception is really helpful and they even organise some trips and transfers for you! And the beds that provide a lot of privacy with the curtains!
