I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The staff is very friendly, the location is excellent, close to shopping center and restaurants, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast has lots of varieties. It was an excellent stay and we will come back to stay in this hotel again soon.

Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

The breakfast was outstanding. Delicious and the service was excellent. Mario and Fernando were attentive and helpful. The venue was always clean and the food was well prepared. The portions were satisfying. The location was ideal about 8 minutes walk to the Mackenzie Presbyterian University and lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Great hotel.
