My partner and I stayed here to attend an event. He and I were immediately struck by how professional and consistent the service was here. I have a lot of experience staying in Toronto hotels and this is certainly one of the best experiences I've had from that perspective. We were in a beautiful room that felt more like a junior suite. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. As we were staying mid week I think we must have gotten a slightly discounted rate, as it felt like an absolute steal for the price. Very happy and would like to return sometime :)

Excellent hotel, facilities and staff! 100% in every category and I really recommend this hotel! Uniquely designed with sustainability in mind and the decor reflect this, from 'live' murals to the room keys! Really 'funky' hotel with a lot of class thrown in! We will definitely be returning here.

One of the best experiences in a hotel. Super stylish. Great rooms with super comfortable beds and all new and perfect set up with love to detail. The location is amazing Spadina and Queen/King. Super friendly staff and always happy to help with excursions, driver, etc.. Food at Alder and the Rooftop were extraordinary. My fifth hotel I was staying in Toronto and the best so far.

It’s was in a perfect location and incredibly clean. Perfect for an introvert as there isn’t a lot of human contact but if there are any questions staff are quick to answer them.

Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!
