Everything. Great location - a 5-10 minute walk to the pier. Also a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal. Beautiful facilities - our room was gorgeous with lovely views. We could see sea planes and cruise ships. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful - I wish I could remember his name but the male on reception who checked us in was so lovely. The staff had sprinkled rose petals all over our room as we were celebrating our honeymoon and left us a bottle of Prosecco and some macarons. We also loved that the hotel has bikes to borrow to save on renting any. I loved every second of our time here, I didn’t want to go home.

The accommodation was beautiful, stylish, practical (washing machine, dryer), and we really appreciated the snacks in the kitchen. I felt that the accommodation was exceptionally customer-oriented – we had everything we needed. We kept saying to ourselves that it was a good choice of accommodation. There are restaurants, access to water and a shopping area nearby. It is a place from where you can go on trips on foot, by bike or by metro... you can get to all the interesting places. The owner was interested in our satisfaction.... We were extremely satisfied. THANK YOU. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and will be happy to return if we ever visit Canada again.

This is my favorite hotel in Vancouver. It is at downtown and very near of everything! Capilano or Whistler shuttles are in front of the it's door! The hotel staff are always available and very kind! I've used to stay here when I was flight attendant for Mexicana Airlines and I remember this hotel as one of my favorite ones. I returned after 14 years and was pleasantly surprised to find that it is still excellent! Beds are wonderful!

When we got there, we realized that our room was canceled through a third-party app. They were extremely nice to us. They did find us a room. They upgraded us no extra charge and we stayed in a suite. I was dead to the world and we were extremely tired and they apparently realize that we were exhausted. I can’t remember anybody’s name but they worked the reception desk on Friday the 12th night shift and the manager was super sweet and I would go back there in a heartbeat.
